PAYMENTS
After submitting the contact form, you will receive an email from me about the availability of the product and the time needed for shipping. To pre-order a model that is not in stock, a deposit of 15€ per figure will be required. When the model is ready, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. All payments to be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
TIME PAYMENTS POLICY:
The first payment must be sent within 48 hours, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. The first time payment, deposit or reservation fee, is not refundable.
VAT
Due to the new Dutch tax regulations in 2020, my business is exempt from the VAT tax.
UK CUSTOMERS
As of January 1st, 2021, I can only take orders from UK customers if the value of the ordered item(s) is equal to or greater than 135£ (that's usually around 160€). This is due to the new Brexit regulations. This may change in the coming months as I obtain the necessary export numbers.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The shipping time will depend on product availability.
The product will be sent with a signed certificate of authenticity.
SHIPPING COST:
To countries within the European Union, for the package up to 2kg: from 11€ to 16€ depending on country (DHL or Postnl)
Worldwide, except the EU, for the package of up to 2kg: 28€ (price change in 2022) - PostNl
As soon as I shipped your order you will get an email from DHL or Postnl with a tracking number and link.
Please note: All packages are sent with a tracking number. After sending I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages that happened during shipping. I pack the models as safely as I can. If you wish to use insured shipping, please let me know. Insured shipping costs more.
SAFETY INFORMATION
The models offered for sale on this website are not toys, they are collector items and are not created with children in mind. They have no safety standards as toys do. Some elements are thin and breakable (such as ears, thin legs and tails).
COMMISSIONS
I don't take commissions for customizing, sculpting, or painting; I only sell the unpainted resin editions. Occasionally I may offer a finished and painted model for sale. I'm always interested in hearing your ideas for future projects and feedback about my past editions.
I may be interested in taking a toy design commission. Please email me if you're interested in ordering a toy design from me.
IMPORTANT: Customising my resin models is allowed (re-sculpting, changing pose, etc) but molding and copying the results is not allowed (and illegal) even if the model was changed drastically.
